スーパーで、ちょっと大きめの店舗だとサラダバーを置いてたりして、１０〜１５種類くらいのサラダと、カットしたフルーツが揃えてあり、売り場にあるプラスチックの容器をとって好きなものを入れられます。

いつも街中にあるセインズべリーのサラダバーを試したかったのだけど、私がこのお店に入る時ってだいたい夕方で、サラダバーはその頃にはからっぽなのでした。。。小さいサイズの容器でも結構はいるのでそれにしましたが、写真のとおり詰め込んで１．９ポンド。なかなかお得では！？下に隠れてるけどじゃがいものサラダなんかもあったので結構お腹いっぱいになりました♪また行こうっと。
At Sainsbury, I'm always tempted by the slad bar. However, I missed the chance to try them because usually I go there early evening and all the salad and fruits are gone by the time. Finally I got the salad. I chose small size takeaway box, which is 1.9pounds, but I could put as much as I wanted! It's worth the price, isn't it?

左側の黄色いつぶつぶはクスクスのサラダなのですが、これが大好きですっ。生まれて初めてロンドンに一人旅で来て、着いたその日に宿の近くにあったマークス＆スペンサーのサラダバーでクスクスのサラダをこれまた生まれて初めて食べて感動したんだったよ。。またクスクス食べたい！って思ってもなかなか見つからなくて次に食べたのってまた渡英したときだったような笑。その思い出もあるから余計美味しいのかも笑。
You see, the yellow small pebbly thing, it's of course cuscus. When I visited London first time ever in my life, I also had cuscus for the first time. Since then, cuscus salad is my favourite food. It's partly because of the sentimental value, I guess...

そして今週のおやつのショートブレッド。手作りのいびつなショートブレッドでもこうして並べて撮るとなんだかハガキの写真みたい。。(自画自賛すぎ)。
Then I had some shortbread which I made myself. The shapes are different to each other but it taste nice, I can tell you :D

イアンちゃんはすこーしずつ良くなってきているものの、やっぱり食欲はあまりなく原因もよくわからないまま。とても元気とは言えないし、、、。日本行きも迫っていることだし、明日はちゃんと病院にいってもらわなきゃ〜。

About my husband, he's still bit sick although he says he's getting better. We think he may need to see doctor tomorrow for some medical advice, for We're going to Japan soon!
